We want you to be happy with your purchase from Happy Grouch. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

Returns

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
To start a return, email us at info@happygrouch.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide return instructions if your item qualifies.

Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged due to misuse

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different size, color, or item, please return the original and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at info@happygrouch.com. Include photos and your order number so we can make it right.
